Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with jiobat

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiobat ("jiobat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the jiobat website at jiobat.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jiobat's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiobat platform and must not create or continue to operate a player account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Modifications to Terms

jiobat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — jiobat will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be implemented without prior notice. The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jiobat platform — including all betting, casino, and gaming products — is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jiobat enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You are registering and playing as a private individual in a personal capacity. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated or bot-driven accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jiobat or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jiobat or had your account permanently closed by jiobat for a violation of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

jiobat reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a deposit above a specified threshold, or at any other time at jiobat's sole discretion. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the appropriate Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved, jiobat may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests and restrict access to certain platform features.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money products on jiobat, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. You agree to keep your account information updated at all times.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) jiobat account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method identifiers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where jiobat identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits held across those accounts may be forfeited in full, without prior notice.

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiobat username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA / OTP) where available and strongly recommended.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your jiobat session after each use, particularly when accessing the platform on a shared or public device.
• Notify jiobat support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jiobat will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from jiobat and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

Your registered name must match the name on the payment method(s) used to deposit and withdraw funds. jiobat does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and will not process withdrawals to any account other than the verified payment method belonging to the registered account holder. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiobat — deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jiobat does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

jiobat currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit / Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued by City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions

jiobat does not accept cryptocurrency, e-wallets operated outside Bangladesh, or cash deposits of any kind. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the player's name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal request: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: subject to account verification tier and stated in the player's account panel
• Daily withdrawal limit: subject to account verification tier

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 14–20 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Card withdrawal timelines depend on the issuing bank and may take 1–5 business days. jiobat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request can be processed, you must have completed the required identity and payment method verification for your account tier. Additionally, any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied in full before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. jiobat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jiobat offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms page. Wagering must be completed using the bonus funds within the stated validity period; failure to meet the wagering requirement by the deadline results in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with any other active bonus unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jiobat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and not yet expired will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who are subject to a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during that period.

Bonus Abuse

jiobat uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using coordinated betting strategies (including but not limited to matched betting or arbitrage) to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements, placing bets that exploit errors in odds or bonus calculations, and any other activity that jiobat reasonably determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage from a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, jiobat reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the player's account.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jiobat platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific product category in which they are placed — sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, and crash games each operate under their own product-level rules, which are available within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting — General Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; once confirmed, the accepted odds are locked.
• jiobat reserves the right to restrict maximum bet sizes, decline bets, or limit a player's betting activity at its sole discretion and without explanation.
• In the event that odds are published erroneously due to a system error or human error, jiobat reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to affected players.
• For in-play cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), settlements are based on the official match result as published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned matches are settled according to the applicable governing body's official rules.
• Minimum single bet: ৳50. Maximum bet per event is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

Casino & Slots — General Rules

• All casino and slot games on jiobat operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. jiobat does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round (slots, live casino, crash games), the round will be completed automatically according to the game's programmed logic. The result of any completed round is final and binding.
• Minimum slot bet: ৳10. Game-specific minimum and maximum bets are displayed within each game's interface.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full in BDT. Where a jackpot win is exceptionally large, jiobat may arrange payment in instalments agreed with the player.

Voiding & Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with jiobat support within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. jiobat's settlement decisions, following review, are final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiobat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using jiobat accounts for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming activity, or structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against legitimate jiobat transactions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker variants or coordinated sports betting manipulation.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the jiobat platform in place of genuine manual player activity.
• Hacking & System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the jiobat platform, other players' accounts, or jiobat's backend systems. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any jiobat product.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any jiobat-owned content — including odds data, game content, branding, or written materials — without explicit written consent from jiobat.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

jiobat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification requirements, or at the player's own request. Where an account is suspended for investigation, jiobat will aim to complete its review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the registered email address.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiobat support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal-eligible balance (i.e., balance net of unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon player request, subject to identity re-verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use jiobat's self-exclusion feature, accessible from the Account Settings panel. Self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum period of six months, during which no deposits, bets, or real-money activity are possible. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiobat's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jiobat is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jiobat's jurisdiction of incorporation as an offshore platform. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact jiobat support to seek an informal resolution.
